General Manager

The cabinetry business is a natural fit for Cornerstone Kitchen and Bath’s General Manager, Kevin Colvin. Kevin watched as a boy when his father started working with wood in the basement of their Prestonsburg, KY home. From those early beginnings, Kevin helped and learned as his dad built his own company making entertainment centers, mantels, custom furniture and eventually, custom kitchen cabinets.

Kevin moved to Louisville in 1992 to attend the University of Louisville. He worked for 12 years in the wholesale florist industry in both management and sales. He then spent the next 10 years as Operations Manager of the Louisville Downtown Management District working for Block by Block, a Louisville-based company started by Cornerstone K & B owner Jeremy Curran. Over a 22-year period, Kevin and Jeremy worked together in event management at showcase events such as the PGA Championship, Ryder Cup, Busch Series NASCAR races and the Kentucky Oaks and Derby.

Kevin has been with Cornerstone since its inception and planning stages in 2015. His 25 years of customer service, problem solving and management experience, mixed with his history in and passion for woodworking, make him the perfect fit for Cornerstone!
